You can take a normal toothbrush, mix cinnamon (as the exfoliant) and honey together and put on toothbrush to remove dead skin (circular motion)… Do this every night before going to bed and hopefully you see improvement
Hope this helps!
(p.s drinking plenty of water is always important)
Get half a teaspoon of sugar and moisten it with water, Lightly rub this across your lips for about 30 seconds. Or you can use a toothbrush and make soft circles on the skin. You can also rub the skin with a harsh textured damp rag.
After you’ve done one of the steps above put some chapstick on and you should have very soft lips.
drink lots of water and put vaseline
use a moisturizing lipsticks/balms
you can check the site that i have found..it suggests 5 lipsticks for dry lips
The most important thing is not to lick your lips, as this just driens them out. Use a plain lip balm regularly, bt not medicated chapsticks, as they dry your lips out too. Occasionally (max. once a day) you can use a simple homemade treatment on them. You can use margerine, baby oil or even cocnut milk. Place a small amout on your finger, paper towel or flannel, and just rub it into your lips. Wipe it off after a minute, but dont lick it off! Also every night, put a simple moisturiser (I use E45 endless moisture) on your lips, one layerrubbed in, and then just dab another thick layer on top, so your lips are white and leave to soak in overniht! Hope this helps!
use vaseline. make it a habit to always wear it. i passes as a lipgloss during the day anyway
Keep them moisterised with a lip balm such as carmex or blistex, or even just good old vaseline or chapstick. Another good tip is to apply lip balm, leave for 10 mins then lightly exfoliate with a soft toothbrush, or to be less harsh use a soft towel, then reapply balm.
Your lips will be kissably smooth in no time
Use sugar and olive oil as an exfoliator, rub it on your lips for about a minute about once a week. Then use a good chapstick to soften your lips more, I use blistex silk and shine; it works really well and it’s inexpensive.
its best to use a natural lip-salve. Using things like Vaseline only helps temporarily. If you can try to avoid using things that contain petroleum. Drink lots of water as well x
Carmex is the best! Works for me all the time!
Gently brush you lips with a damp tooth brush and then put plenty of Vaseline or Carmex on your lips.
Remember drink lots and have a healthy diet, plus don’t rub too hard!
Hope that helped
