Symantec Endpoint protection is being blocked by it, as well as superantispyware. it keeps saying everything is infected when i know it isn’t. does anybody know of a good program that isn’t blocked by antispyware soft that will remove it?

ahh… i had this same problem. ok so what you do is you have to restore your computer to a place in time before it had this spyware on it. so shut off your computer, hit f11 rapidly, and follow the steps on there. then click, “show dates 5 days or later” if you need to go back that far. but the bad thing is… is you lose anything you’ve installed from say 3 days ago till now. or it could be restored to yesterday when u didn’t install anything.
bottom line, go to a date 2 days before the thing was on there so u can make sure its gone.
If you suspect that you have a computer virus, I would suggest that you run both an antivirus scan, as well as an antispyware scan.

After Finish Remove Anti-Spyware Soft
Restart You Computer To Be Normal Then After Turn On System Restore.Steps to turn on System Restore
1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
3. Click to clear the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.
4. Click OK.
After a few moments, the System Properties dialog box closes.
Restart you Computer to be Normal.
