How To Treat Your Nails After Having Acrylic False Nails?

By admin Posted in: software

I don’t want to have to keep having acrylic nails any longer, my ‘real’ nails are totally ruined in terms of very soft, looks dreadful and like paper thin so when they do grow a little they just peel off! (only the tip, not the whole nail!) Does anybody know how I can treat them so they look better and grow nicer? Thanks :O)

    Cut them and start fresh.
Rub a bit of oil on the cuticle, any oil or you can buy a nail oil and massage that in and also on the nail itself. Do that nightly.
Buy one of those multi nail files, with the file, buffer & polisher. Buff and polish every second night, the regular friction and heat created from that makes nails grow quicker so in a sense you’re speeding up the recovery by trying to get rid of the damaged nail from the acrylic. It will also help with the bits that peel, by keeping them at bay until they get healthier.
You can buy a nail strengthener nail polish stuff, just for some added strength.
Keep them short for the time being, give them time to recover from the acrylic and once you start noticing improvements then allow them to grow to your desired length.

Yeah just like Naysa said: buff your nails and soak in warm water before you do that because it helps the blood to get flowing around your nails, also if you eat jelly… that is supposed to help your nails become stronger! (it worked for me) x
