Ok is there any free software that would let me take real music and mix them with others and make remix’s? I would like it if you could mix the beats to do.

if the camera films up to 100000 fps, but my editing software has a lower setting, that makes the frame rate lower, unless i slow it down.
is there another editing software that gives a higher frame rate (im also wondering i after effects does)
