I AM LOOOKING TO GET BIGG! but yet to extend where there is no side effects and i want a garuntee i heard m-drol was my way to go and double take it with h-drol….and if possible good workout plans i bassically do the same on the bench 3 4 sets flat.2 sets incline 2 sets decline but not goingg up i rep10×170 which is pitiful and a soft 5reps of 185 ndd barly gettin the 205 twice. i need help thats embarresing please im here to listen and learn ndd get BIGGG
